		<description>An ORM cannot solve all your problems, I use NHibernate for almost all of my projects, but sometimes you need to issue custom SQL, expecially for bulk operations, or when a customer forces you not to use open source or ORM.

Linq2Sql is like a game, works only for Sql Server and in my opinion lacks a lot of functionalities to be called an ORM :D.

Having an ORM does not mean that you never issue a sql query again to the database ;)
